This is an executive and strategic program for Public Sector Data Governors, Chief Data Officers (CDOs), Legal Counsel, and Senior Policymakers focused on leveraging data as a strategic asset.
Core Objectives:
- Institutional Intelligence: Master the strategies for developing “Institutional Intelligence,” which involves turning raw organizational data into a trusted, reliable asset for decision-making and public service delivery.
 - Data Trust Ecosystems: Learn to design and implement Data Trust Ecosystems—frameworks that ensure data is accurate, secure, compliant, and ethically accessible across various departments and external partners.
 - Policy-Driven AI Governance: Establish robust AI governance models that are explicitly driven by public policy and regulation, ensuring all AI use cases are ethical, non-biased, and align with the public mandate.

The goal is to empower public sector leaders to strategically govern data and AI, transforming their organizations into trusted, intelligent, and policy-compliant institutions capable of delivering informed and ethical public value.
